Phase One of a major project at Ponca City Medical Center is complete. The new parking lot is now open and there are more parking spaces than ever at the hospital.

Phase Two is the construction of a new, 10,000-square foot Emergency Department north of the existing Emergency Department. The area where the new building will be built has been fenced off, which means emergency patients will need to enter the Emergency Department a different way.

Beginning November 7, emergency patients who do not arrive by ambulance will have to enter the hospital through the main doors and guidance to the Emergency Department will be provided.
