Andy Wachtel, Ponca City Medical Center CEO, is pictured presenting Barbara Walker with the 2008 Volunteer of the Year Award. Walker was recognized as the award recipient during the annual volunteer banquet held at the hospital.  The volunteers were honored for donating 18,811 hours to the hospital last year.
